Eligibility for Return
- You have 30 days after delivery to return items
- The product must be unused, in its original box, and good enough to sell again.
- We might not take back some things like personal care items, custom-made stuff, or clearance products.
How to Send Something Back

- We'll tell you how to return it and where to send it.
- You'll need to pay for shipping it back unless we sent you the wrong thing or it's broken.
How You Get Your Money Back
- After we get and check your returned item, we'll let you know if we approve or reject your refund.
- If we approve your refund, we'll process it within 5-10 business days and send it back to the original payment method you used.
- You can't get shipping fees refunded unless we made a mistake that caused the return.
Exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

Late or missing refunds.
